It *could* be correct, but I’ve been following RED PEN BRIGADE long enough to expect that it isn’t correct at all.
I think the signwriter clearly intended plurality instead of possession. Which is why I dislike.
Too much apostrophe, not enough hyphen!
It looks wrong with the apostrophe. But without it, it would be UPS — isn’t that the guys in brown? That’s what happens when you choose to use all capital letters. My vote: Get rid of the apostrophe and the S. What’s wrong with: TUNE UP ?
