Lisa feels sorry for “poor Mia and her excess apostrophe.” But I think that’s missing the point. Clearly the salon belongs to Mia’s getaway. Of course, then we have some random spaces going on, so… I don’t know.
I could elaborate on this one, but Leah’s fantasy is funnier. She asks that you hear it “in chipmunk voices.”
I’m just imagining the electrical wires crying out in terror as someone approaches with a drill. Or else it’s a subliminal message they chant constantly just out of the range of human hearing.
I’m going to take a deep breath and stop red-penning things until the New Year. More painful punctuation and spew-inducing spelling in 2011!
…or maybe you don’t need to. It’s not like this mistake is REALLY REALLY BIG, or anything.
